Mapping space in Studio 2

Today, I began to feel my feet again! It was my first full day at the studio. Distraction was good and across the way, I could see a community of mostly women congregate for an exciting talk led by Audrey Walker. In the gallery itself there is a wonderful textiles exhibition Rendezvous Goldsmiths showcasing the work of Audrey Walker and some of her past students of Goldsmiths.

Later in the day, I was delighted to receive a visit from Francesca Simmons. Francesca is a classically trained musician and excels at the violin and musical saw, she will be a collaborator on the project. We discussed our collaboration...more excitig news to follow...
