Historical Archives

Tracing the past at Chirk Castle and at Wrexham Museum. I have looked at and drawn upon historical architectural plans of the castle, this gives a greater sense of space and purpose of place. I am fascinated by the pockets of space within the Adam’s Tower and the innate curiosity to explore its space. It is my intention to reflect these ideas of wonder within the installation, using a sensory experience to entice viewer’s to the space; to witness the reflections of time translated in the art forms presented from February 22nd - March 31st 2014.
